Q. Do you protect my furniture and floors?

A. We do supply blankets to protect any furniture that will need to be moved. We also supply shrink wrap on furniture that’s needs extra protection, especially when it is raining, we want to make sure your furniture is protected as much as possible. If you have new carpet or floors or would just like your floors protected, we provide floor runners and protectors free of charge. We can also make sure to take off our shoes when entering your house.

Q. Do you move heavy or specialized items?

A. We can move any items you require to be moved. Some members of our team are specialized which helps with moves, such as Pianos to pool tables. We do take more time to transport these items as we want to make sure they are protected and will be undamaged while transporting.

Q. What do you not move?

A. We cannot accept the following items:

  • Propane tanks

  • Gasoline

  • Valuables

  • Firearms

  • Pets

  • Musical instruments that are not in cases.

Q. Are you licensed? Insured?

A. We do have Full liability insurance and coverage. This comes at no extra cost. We have this just for piece of mind for the customer and protect us if any issues occur while transporting.

Q. Can you help with dissembling and reassembly of furniture?

A. We want to make sure your move is as stress free as possible so we can help with any items that will need dissembling. We always come prepared by bring tools with us to every move that we do.

Q. What if an item gets broken while doing a move?

A. First we always take our time to make sure this will not occur. If it is a item that is not to expensive, we can try to arrange to make a deductible on the final bill. If it is a item of more value or sentimental value we will arrange for the manager to come out and a payment or replacement, where the customers needs will be satisfied.

Q. Do you offer discounts?

A. We give competitive rates and our promotions change each month, but we usually have a promotion going each month. If you refer someone onto us and they use our services, we will make sure to arrange a referral bonus. For all other promotions you can contact our office.
